What are Home Care Packages?
The Home Care Package programme is designed to help people over the age of 65 continue living at home independently and safely.
The goal is to provide the care and support you need in your own home so you can stay there comfortably. When you receive a Home Care Package, the government allocates funds for your care which are paid to the Home Care Package provider of your choice.
